Junior Data Analyst
Full time - 4 days per week in Oxford (OX4) offices & 1 day WFH
£25,000-£30,000 dep on experience

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst has arisen within a dynamic data consultancy. Collaborating with Senior Analysts and Engineers you will develop your analytical capabilities working in a cloud based environment. You will be a self-starter who is inquisitive by nature and passionate about data. Whether you have studied a degree, attended a data boot camp or are a career transitioner, keen to start an analytical career, then this could be the role for you.
Working in a small, collaborative environment, dealing with huge quantities of data, you will get the opportunity to be involved in various client facing and complex analytics projects.

Responsibilities:
·Data collection, querying and preparation
·Data analysis using tools such as Excel and SQL
·Provide insight and trends to the business
·Dashboard and report development using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
·Build predictive models using AI tools
·Collaborate with Senior Analyst on complex analyses including client projects
·Continuous development with new tools techniques and methodologies
·Contribute to data governance policies and best practice

Experience:
·Excellent communication skill - written and verbal
·Excellent problem solving skills
·Critical thinking and attention to detail
·Knowledge of Excel and SQL
·Experience of Tableau or PowerBI is advantageous
·Knowledge of Google Workspace tools
·Numerical Bachelor's degree, Datacamp training or other analytical training courses.
