Role: Hire Desk Controller

Salary: c£30-33K

Location: West-super-Mare

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Arranging and monitoring hire contracts for equipment bookings
Monitoring and organising contracts and invoicing
Working with customers to develop relationships
Checking availability of equipment and ensuring that details are accurate and up to date.
Liaising with sales, workshop, transport teams to ensure all equipment is prepared on time and to a high standard.
Key Skills:

Experience in plant hire is desirable
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure
Enthusiastic and friendly, with a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of Microsoft package.
Experience of the Syrinx system is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
