Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for Support Workers to join a leading care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs across various supported living services.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will:
✅ Provide person-centered support, promoting independence and well-being.
✅ Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
✅ Support individuals in accessing the community, social activities, and hobbies.
✅ Encourage and empower individuals to achieve their personal goals.
✅ Work as part of a caring and supportive team to ensure the best outcomes for the people you support.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A caring and compassionate nature – 6 months UK experience required and a passion for supporting others.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Ability to provide personal care where required.
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
✔ Right to work in the UK and ability to complete an enhanced DBS check.
