A leading contractor specializing in Power and Utilities is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principle Contractor Site Manager to join their team for a large scale OHL project.

Location: Necton / Swaffham

Rate: £400 - £500 Per day PAYE

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of site operations, including planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and budget control.
Manage a team of site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, National Grid standards, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other contractors.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:

SMSTS / SSSTS
CSCS Gold / Black
HSG47
National Grid Competant Persons
Temporary Works Co-ordinator
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, including IOSH and relevant industry standards.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
