Preparing technical drawings and specifications

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Maintaining and enhancing client relationships

Job Requirements:

Experience in highway design and engineering
Strong understanding of highway construction principles and methodologies
Proficient in using highway design software and tools
Ability to produce detailed technical reports and documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Ability to attend the Exeter office 2x per week
