Are you an experienced Home Manager seeking an exciting new challenge? Our client is looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new luxury care home in East Lothian. As a Commissioning Home Manager you will:
* Increase occupancy in a new, luxury care home
* Contribute to forming and heading a new a team
* Keep profit and loss within budget
* Oversee daily operations and management of the home
The Commissioning Home Manager package includes:
* Annual salary of £65,000 which is negatable
* Pension scheme.
* Generous holiday allowance.
* Company pension scheme
* Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
The ideal Commissioning Home Manager will have:
* Experience as a Home Manager in a senior management role.
* Nurse Qualified is preferable
* Knowledge of Care Inspectorate and Local Authority requirements.
* Excellent management skills.
* Evidence of Good, or Outstanding Care Inspectorate inspections
