Hours: working 39 hours per week between the hours of Monday-Friday between 6am- 4:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

* Supervise a small team of 2-3 people while working hands-on

* Manage warehouse operations, including manual handling, forklift and crane driving

* Ensure high levels of productivity, safety, and quality

* Balance leadership with manual duties and contribute to customer satisfaction

You will bring

* Warehouse experience with a strong leadership background

* Manual handling and processing experience

* Forklift truck & overhead crane experience

* First aider certification

* Strong IT skills

* Ability to motivate the team

* Prioritise workload to deliver OTIF

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
