Sales Negotiator required for our busy property-based client with a passion for delivering a high-quality service which, due to this has seen them continually grow and gain more business. If you are an experienced Sales Negotiator seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends working from a modern office, with a friendly team this is the role for you. We are looking for someone experienced in property which can be from sales, lettings, progressor, and/or negotiator, to join our client's expanding team in this role of sales negotiator.

The Role
• Proactively manage property listings and offers to achieve the best possible sale price to the best possible buyer for client/customer
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, potential purchasers and estate agents
• Instruct appropriate local estate agents to market the property
• Keep in regular contact with the appointed estate agents to obtain updates related to marketing activity
• Maintain regular contact with clients, customers and appropriate third parties to provide updates on property instructions
• Communicate with Account team ensuring they are aware of any necessary updates relating to the property listings
• Compile weekly reports to be issued to clients
• Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours in the office

The Person
• Have knowledge or experience of estate agency, residential conveyancing, the assisted move and part exchange process
• Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
• Previous property sales experience
• Motivated and keen
