Position: Domestic Plumber - After-Service Customer Care Team

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Benefits: Company van provided for site visits

Job Description: Our fantastic client who specialises in domestic plumbing & heating services across the Northeast is seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join their After-Service Customer Care Team. As a member of their team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality after-service care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance in residential properties.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Conduct site visits using the company-provided van.
Participate in out-of-hours calls on a rotational basis (one week on, one week off).Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in domestic plumbing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to be on call for out-of-hours service on a rotational basis
