We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based near Basingstoke. The contractor has been established for a number of years and specialise in the super prime residential and heritage sectors. Projects range in value between £5mil to £15mil and are administered via JCT forms of contract.

As Quantity Surveyor you will be commercially responsible for projects in the region, which are typically within an hours' radius of Basingstoke, or within a team on larger schemes. You will be engaging with the clients representatives to manage any change that takes place and will work closely with the site teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to £65k (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to join a business with a diverse project range.
