What You’ll Be Doing as the Fleet Maintenance Controller

Managing bookings, VOR issues, repairs, and ensuring smooth vehicle operations
Engaging with customers, handling queries, and confidently pushing back where necessary
Driving vehicles through the workshop, challenging costs and repair times

Experience in fleet planning, workshop supervision, or vehicle repair management
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to challenge workshop processes and drive efficiencies
