Our client, a leading creative studio bridging architecture, design, media, and technology, is seeking an experienced Senior Unreal Developer.
For over two decades, they've been delivering compelling, narrative-driven experiences on a global scale. With proven expertise in blending physical and virtual worlds, utilising technology such as ArchViz, Digital Twin, XR and mesmerising interactive installations, they're at the forefront of innovation.
Key Senior Unreal Developer Responsibilities:
* Lead real-time projects, coordinating between creative leads, 3D artists, and the wider dev team
* Implement and maintain bespoke interactive applications
* Develop solutions for interactive, experiential projects
* Coordinate with external teams and freelancers
* Stay current with the latest digital and real-time standards
* Contribute to improving our workflow and production tools
* Collaborate across teams to deliver successful projects
Senior Unreal Developer Skills Required:
* Significant experience with Unreal Engine, typically 5+ years in senior roles
* Strong understanding of real-time development and asset optimisation
* Proficiency in Blueprint and C++
* Experience with at least one 3D modelling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Rhino)
* Knowledge of code versioning systems (e.g., Perforce, Git)
* Problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn
* Ability to adapt to new technical environments
* Experience leading complex projects and coordinating teams
