We have a requirement for 3/6 month temporary purchasing administrator in our head office at Cramlington
Hours
8am until 4.30pm Mon to Thursday
8am until 3.30pm Friday
30mins for lunch unpaid
· Provide both clerical and administrative Purchasing/Estimating Team to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
Specific duties will include:
· Good Communication skills
· Experienced data entry, excel
· Preferable coming from Purchasing background with purchasing software experience
· Data entry – Oracle Netsuite erp Purchasing System (training will be given)
· Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
· Photocopying and printing various documents
