Qualifications and Experience:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or working towards.
Proven experience in a domiciliary care setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff members.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing domiciliary care services.
Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-call duties as required.
