Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of SEND students
Adapting teaching methods and resources to support diverse learning styles
Collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for students
Regularly assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
Working with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive school culture
Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Participating in ongoing professional development and training
Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with children with SEND (desirable)
Knowledge of SEND frameworks and effective teaching strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for supporting individual learning needs
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
An empathetic, patient approach to teaching
