Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plant processes to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.

Carry out first-line maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding activities.

Support outage planning, shutdowns, and routine maintenance activities.

Follow established procedures, systems, and safety protocols to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.

Analyse operational data to identify trends and make practical recommendations for process optimisation.

Qualifications & Experience

Time-served apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) in an engineering or process discipline.

Hands-on experience in a continuous process, production, or operational environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Understanding of health, safety, and environmental best practices within an industrial setting.
