Chartered Building Surveyor

An outstanding Building Consultancy located in Central London, renowned for its team of chartered Building Surveyors and architectural designers, is actively seeking a dynamic and fully rounded Chartered Building Surveyor to join their enthusiastic team.

Requirements for the Chartered Building Surveyor:

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a minimum of two years' post-qualification full-time experience.

• Expertise in commercial refurbishment projects, offices, and residential conversions.

• Previous experience working on existing buildings in urban locations.

• Proficient in Contract Administration, Feasibility Reports, Party Wall Matters, construction design, Project Management, Dilapidations, Building Surveys, Preparation of Specifications and drawings, Fire Insurance Valuations, and Conservation Work.

• Collaborate with commercial clients in central London, handling repeat and portfolio management-type work.

• Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously.

• Assist in supervising and developing staff, including their APC training.

• Proficient use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Photoshop CC/Elements is advantageous.
