Experienced Site Supervisor Needed

Our client, a leading roofing contractor specialising in commercial and large-scale projects, is seeking a skilled Roofing Site Supervisor to join their team in Manchester. With a strong background in the educational and leisure sectors, they are offering opportunities to work on high-profile projects across the region for competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum,

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring safe working practices and efficient project delivery.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.Requirements:

Proven experience in roofing, ideally in a supervisory or similar role.
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
