Therefore, we are looking for a friendly, focused, motivated, and adaptable Traffic Marshal to join the project.
Reds10 are an organically growing company and we would love to hire an ambitious individuals into this role with the view of training and helping the right person grow and have a successful career at Reds10.
Responsibilities:
· Carry out general Traffic Marshall tasks
· Check paperwork at the gate for compliance / security / HSE
· Ensure a safe and organised work environment.
· Responsible for facilitating the safe movement of vehicles
· Responsibility for ensuring public safety
· Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
· Providing clear and direct instructions
Requirements/Qualifications
· CSCS
· Traffic Marshall Ticket / CPCS
· Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots)
· Previous onsite experience
· Two working references
