Description

The role of French Speaking Recruiter will work as part of a wider HR/Recruitment function and take responsibility for a portfolio of vacancies, managing the full recruitment life cycle providing an excellent candidate experience.

The role will include but not limited to:

Manage full cycle recruiting process for various stakeholders
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
Communicate regularly with HR team and hiring managers
Conduct interviews and screening processes for potential candidates
Enhance job postings to attract candidates
Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Proactively sourcing applicants and talent pipeliningProfile

Suitable applicants for this role will be:

Fluent in both French and English
Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in house settingsJob Offer
