We are looking for a Graduate Support Engineer to join a well-established global business, supporting customers with technical queries and product-related questions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise while gaining hands-on experience in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities include

* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing technical support on products.

* Assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and offering installation guidance.

* Working closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Quality, to resolve technical issues.

* Managing product information requests and maintaining accurate records.

* Supporting the warranty programme, ensuring requests and approvals are processed efficiently.

We are keen to speak to graduates in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field who are looking to develop their careers. You should have a keen interest in technical products, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of customers.
