Pertemps Stoke are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our client based in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a temporary role until December 2024.

This is a great opportunity to support a national company who value you their staff. Joining their administration team will mean you play a crucial part in scheduling work to meet deadlines for both the customer and the company.

Main responsibilities for this Administrator role:
Ensure efficient scheduling of tasks and maintain high standards of customer service
Maintain accurate records
Provide administration support and manage documentation
Support team members with various administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
Skills required for this Administrator role:
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Attention to details and problem solving skills
Customer service experience
Flexibility and adaptability to manage varying tasks and workload
Details of this Administrator role:
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Hourly rate: £12.08PH
Temporary role until December 2024
