A well established highly innovative organisation is urgently looking for a desk side support engineer to join their IT team. You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and act as the main point of contact for all IT needs.

As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers and scanners. Resolving escalated service delivery issues and supporting all internal communications

Essentials Skills

Prior experience of providing IT supports
Hands on demonstrable experience working with printers, scanners and mobile devices
Hardware and software installation
Upgrades
Service delivery
Operating systems hardware and software management

London based - 5 days on site

£35K to £40K
