Title: Disrepair Surveyor

Salary: £45,800 - £ 53,000 plus £1,300 Essential Car Allowance

Contract Type: Full time 35 hour

Location: Stratford

Type: Agile (Hybrid Site, office and home working)

Description:

To deliver a high-quality surveying service providing customer centred, professional building surveying activities across the companies property portfolio, specifically to Manage and resolve disrepair cases.

Duties:

* To carry out surveys, defects inspections relating to property disrepair or compliance with legislation.

* To provide cost details and value for money evaluations and to inspect for quality and customer satisfaction.

* To provide detailed survey reports for submission to external solicitors.

* Management of disrepair budgets

* Manage risks associated with the role, specifically around budget utilisation of fragmented projects, ensuring consistent approach and quality of service

Requirements

* Experience of monitoring financial budgets including project budgetary control

* HNC in Building Services/Surveying

* Experience in managing contactors and consultants

* Full UK driving licence
