Overview
R&S Building Services Engineers is a medium sized business established in 1988 providing mechanical and electrical services to a variety of clients many of whom are ‘Blue Chip’ companies.
The Company operates within an industrial/commercial environment within the Gloucestershire area, the successful candidate should live with a reasonably commutable distance
Role
The role is predominantly site based; carrying out inspection, service, maintenance, breakdown and installation activities on a variety of equipment ranging from small domestic appliances to large commercial units, including gas/oil fired boilers, air handling units, heating systems and pumps.
The role requires a significant level of job knowledge, training and technical knowhow.
Qualifications & Experience:
* CNN1, CENWAT, CODNCO 1, CDGA 1, ICPN 1, TPCP 1A, TCP 1, G3
* Domestic qualifications would be advantageous
* Commercial and domestic - breakdowns, servicing and installation experience
* Servicing and Maintenance background
Must have a Full UK drivers licence.
Remuneration:
* 45K - 50k depending on experience
* Working hours: 07.30 – 16.00 Monday – Friday
* Overtime: At Line Managers’ discretion
* Discretionary bonus scheme
* Holiday: 21 days paid plus statutory bank holidays (increases with length of service)
* Sick pay: Statutory sick pay
* Pension: Government Scheme
* Wellbeing package (upon successful completion of 3 month trial period)
* Trial Period: 3 months
The Company will supply:
* A company vehicle with fuel card and the option to use for personal use
* Company mobile phone and laptop
* Specialist tools & equipment required to carry out the task
* 50% company contribution towards new hand tools
Training
Opportunities for development and future training will arise throughout your employment with R&S. Training will be dependent on company needs, cost and individual ability. Training requirements shall be agreed between the individual and their line manager based on company needs and where appropriate, individual development plans.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
