New Reward Manager role in London!
I am delighted to be supporting one of my clients, based in London as they look to recruit for a Reward Manager.
Title: Reward Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 (DOE)
Working pattern: Hybrid - 50/50 split
Term: Full Time & permanent
This role will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the global reward strategy, supporting the compensation activities across the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

About the Role
Support the delivery of the Global Reward strategy
Lead on a variety of Reward projects as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting
Drive the successful completion of Reward projects, delivering individually and through the team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Day to day management of two Reward Analysts
Undertake data analysis where required and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm
Drive a process of continual improvement
Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirementsExperience required:
To be considered for this role you must meet the following skills and experience
Excellent Excel and data skills
In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and complex annual review processes
Experience of managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment
Highly experienced in presenting complex reward data and a demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to translate strategic requirements into BAU activity
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project environment
Previous team management experience is an advantage as is previous experience working in the legal sector or in a professional services environment
