A reputable law firm in South Manchester is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 6 months of experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a well-established practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling post-completion requirements, including HMLR registrations and requisitions

* Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns

* Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers to facilitate smooth transactions

* Requesting redemption figures

* Assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs

* Supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status

* Assisting in reporting to clients and preparing contracts for signature

* Submitting property searches and ensuring all documentation is in order

Requirements:

* At least 6 months of experience in residential conveyancing

* Highly organised, with excellent communication skills

* A strong team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues

* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment
