I'm recruiting for a business near Birmingham who are looking to hire an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer on a 3 month contract with an immediate start.

The work involves the development of software controls specifications for CAN/LIN applications. Knowledge of an electrical CAD package (any) for HV and LV systems is also needed, along with knowledge of Labview.

ROLE: Electrical Controls Engineer

DURATION: 3 months (may extend)

START: ASAP

RATE: up to £50ph (outisde IR35)

Skills required are:

* Software controls for CAN/LIN applications

* Schematics for HV/LV systems (motors, heaters, compressors)

* NI Labview

The company can offer some remote working but work on-site in Birmingham will be required each week.
