What You'll Do:

Provide 2nd line support for network issues, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution.
Troubleshoot complex problems and escalate to 3rd line support when necessary.
Work closely with a dynamic team to maintain and optimise network infrastructure.
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest levels of service.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a 2nd line network support role.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or other major networking equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
