About the Role
Location: Cornwall Care Homes
Title: Healthcare Assistant
Shifts Available: Days/Nights
Pay: Competitive, with rates up to £15.01 per hour on Sundays and even higher on bank holidays.

We are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to work in care homes across Cornwall. Your primary focus will be supporting elderly residents, ensuring that they receive the care and attention they deserve. We aim to make you the "familiar face" residents look forward to seeing - whether you’re covering last-minute shifts, taking on regular block bookings, or even exploring permanent staffing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate individuals who truly care about their role and the people they support. You’ll be the kind of person who understands the impact of your work and takes pride in providing reassurance and comfort to residents from day one.

Requirements:
• Passion for Care: A genuine dedication to making a difference.
• Location: Residing and working in or around Cornwall.
• Driving Licence: A full driving licence with access to a car is essential, as you may need to reach shifts quickly or in rural locations.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and effective communication skills are a must.
