Experienced Site Manager required to join a Contractor who specialise in the delivery of cladding systems.

This contractor who is based in Hampshire works nationally across the UK specialising in the delivery of facade systems, fire remediation, roofing and certain wall solutions. They act as the principle contractor for commercial and industrial projects across the UK.

Their previous portfolio includes a mix of hotels, student accommodation, office buildings and sports stadiums. he works are split into the major projects team and the small works team.

Sue to the growth of the business this contractor are looking for a Site Manager to first manage a project in the midlands for the first 6 months and also be in a commutable distance to London and the Home Counties.

Technical knowledge, site supervision, safety management, team leadership, communication skills, problem solving skills, logistical management/skills, technical tools & software, time management, financial awareness, continuous learning on industry updates and regulation changes.Quality Assurance Skillset

Technical supervision, quality control on work face, managing and compiling all QA activities on site, liaising with stakeholders regarding all things Quality Control
