We are lookingfor an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team based in Harwich.

The role

* Driver engagement & management

* Compliance – manage vehicle defects,

* Tacho Infringements,

* Daily walkround checks,

* Gatehouse checks,

* Vehicle checks ie damage / cleanliness, missing mileage / cards

* Liaising with internal staff and drivers

* Logging all information

* Hours of work 40hrs per week this can be varied in days but no set shift as needs to be flexible to see driver in a morning / evening however you can manage own days / time. Again flexible if you wanted Mon / Friday or tues / sat

The Person

* Previouis experience in a Transport/Ste Supervisor role

* Must have management CPC,

* Will have experience of transport / driver management.

* Is flexible in working hours

* Ideally have a class 1 licence and a FLT counterbalance but not essential.
