The Role - Contracts Manager (cladding)

My client are looking to appoint a commercially aware Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

Essential ​​​​​​Experience: 5+ years in envelope cladding

Location: Commutable to HQ (Hampshire) and south coast based projects

Duties:

* Oversee the contract management process

* Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and project execution.

* Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of facade systems, construction processes, and relevant industry regulations.

* Provide technical support to project teams,

* Analyse commercial implications of site activities

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and all staff levels.

* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
