We carry out high quality, top end residential refurbishments, conversions and extensions throughout Surrey and West Sussex up to a value of £3m.

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team and help drive the continued profitability of the business through its next stage of development.

Experience and expertise in the following will be essential:

* Preparing accurate project bids and tenders

* Agreeing timescales and programs

* Ongoing assessment and measurement of variations

* Preparing interim valuations

* Preparing final accounts

* Negotiating subcontractor accounts

* Constantly monitoring progress, quality, and costs

* Reporting regularly on project progress and costs

* Issuing RFIs, CVIs and requesting EOTs

* Checking and amending and negotiating formal contacts

* Liaison/meeting with clients and professional teams

Salary circa £65,000 plus package subject to experience
