What you'll do

As part of the Lidl Plus team:
Work on Trials and Projects to increase customer loyalty
Improve processes to allow successful trials to integrate into the team as BAU
Interpret project results and succinctly present them to senior leadership
Ensure that promotional budget is optimally invested by running tests and analysing results
Drive customer behaviour

As part of the Customer Insights team:
Enable decisions impacting every part of Lidl to be made based on data and insight
Work with Panel Data, Brand Tracking, Customer Satisfaction and Ad Hoc Research to find opportunities for growth
Study the drivers of Lidl's performance and benchmark to other retailers
Review product ranges to identify strong and weak items for Lidl and competitors
Develop customer engagement strategies and tactics which can be implemented across the entire business, within our bespoke customer segments, or even for individual stores

What you'll need

A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September 2025 or graduated no earlier than September 2023
To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
Already live - or happy to relocate - within a one-hour commute of Lidl GB Head Office in Tolworth, South West London
Be passionate about the food retail industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Be assertive and confident in your communication skills
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Confident to make tough decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
Business-minded approach; commercially savvy and resilient
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Able to attend the assessment day on 30 th January 2024
