An exciting opportunity for a post or pre qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join an expanding Legal team in Southampton based in their Segensworth office.
Role and responsibilities include:
To take on and manage a busy case load with minimal supervision.
General admin tasks such as opening new client files, sending out client care letters, filing, photo copying and management of your appointment and training diary.
Setting up, maintaining, and running a good size case load from start to finish to include exchange, completion, registration and archiving.
Submitting searches, receiving, and reviewing mortgage offers, reviewing the title documents and protocol documentation and raising additional enquiries, reporting to clients on all the above
The successful Candidate:
Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience, ideally this would be post-qualification but if you have pre-qualification experience in running a caseload autonomously you are still encouraged to apply.
Excellent IT and Admin skills
Medium to Long term committment to the firm
