Job Overview
We are seeking reliable Factory Workers to join our client's team. The ideal candidates will contribute to the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role requires a strong work ethic with the ability to work both in an open factory environment and outdoors.

Duties

Operate machinery and use equipment safely to move product around the factory.
Adhere to health and safety regulations especially around manual handling.
Collaborate with team members
Participate in training sessions
Experience

Previous experience of working in and out-doors
Comfortable with manual handling
Experienced in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a factory setting is advantageous.

Weekly pay + Holiday Pay

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £12.24 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
