Mechanical Estimator - M&E Contractor

We are searching for a Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established design and build M&E contractor in Cannock.

While we ideally want to find an experienced Mechanical, we also welcome applications from individuals with Project Management background in pipework and ventilation installs.

The Role

Typically office based
Reviewing tenders, designs
Pricing labour, materials and sub-contractor costs
Project values £250K - £4M
Projects; major retail & hotel chains, industrial warehouses, commercial buildingsHours: Monday - Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only)

Requirements

You must have mechanical building services knowledge - pipe work & ventilation

You must be either an experienced Estimator, Project Manager, Contracts Manager and experienced in pricing and quoting projects.

You must be local to Cannock.

Package

Negotiable salary DoE £55K - £65K
