The Role: Inventory Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless operations? Do you have strong Data Analysis skills, with practical experience? In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing inventory levels, collaborating with suppliers, and streamlining supply chain efficiency to meet customer demand. You'll work closely with e-Commerce and Sales teams, using data-driven insights to forecast inventory needs and drive continuous improvements.

Building on the success of their current product range, they have exciting plans for further expansion and are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Inventory

Responsibilities of an Inventory Coordinator:

* Create Inbound Shipments across multiple channels and marketplaces.

* Maintain accurate and up to date records in Excel trackers including weekly data collection [Monday figures].

* Reconcile shipments at destination marketplaces (Amazon, B2C warehouses).

* Monitor shipment & container timings and communicate receiving delays.

* Carry out regular stock balance checks in Excel trackers plus third-party systems.

* Identify and investigate stock discrepancies.

* Check and coordinate all shipping documentation for accuracy and completion, including sharing with relevant third parties.

* Amazon data metrics and applying that knowledge/experience to support decision making.

Key Criteria:

* Knowledge/practical experience of Unleashed Inventory system (preffered), however, 1+ years experience with an Inventory Software is mandatory.

* Confident and highly competent with numbers and data analysis skills.

* Excellent Analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.

* Capable of managing multiple priorities and achieve deadlines.

* Supply chain coordination.
