Why not combine the two and come and work with this FMCG business, based in Coventry, that imports great products from Europe and the wider world, as a Purchase Ledger Administrator. While being responsible for the entire purchase ledger process, the Purchase Ledger Administrator will be able to contribute with ideas, work in an environment where everyone gets stuck in (to work as well as overindulgent taste testing) and a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Accurately code and process purchase invoices for stock, overheads, and credit card transactions.
Ensure that all company credit card transactions are recorded correctly and checked against statements.
Familiarity with VAT in relation to the purchase ledger.
Reconcile supplier statements with creditor accounts.
Match purchase invoices to purchase orders in the system.
Work with colleagues to address any queries on purchases.
Provide cover to the finance department during staff absence and leave.
Ordering and managing office stationery.
Manage shared mailbox, ensuring emails are forwarded to the relevant person and responded to in a timely manner.
Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System and financial controls and policies to ensure that all work is handled securely, professionally, and diligently and in line with company policies and audit standards.
Ad hoc duties as required
What we are looking for?

Good organisational skills with ability to multi-task ensuring that all deadlines are met.
IT literate, with understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A can-do attitude with the ability to learn on the job & use their initiative.
