Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out and logistics contractor.

We’re looking for an experienced M&E Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming retail fit-out project in Pulborough.

We are looking for someone with solid mechanical and electrical knowledge to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and keep the project moving on schedule.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee M&E services on-site, ensuring quality and compliance.

* Work closely with subcontractors, site teams, and the build team to keep the project on track.

* Manage site deliveries and materials.

* Carry out and submit daily site audit reports.

* Troubleshoot and resolve site-based M&E issues.

* Ensure all work meets health & safety regulations and project standards.

* Be a key point of contact in a live retail environment.

* Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.

What You’ll Need:

* Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor in retail and/or other fast track fit-out.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

* Leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

* A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to challenges on-site.

The project is set for circa 3 months, with a start in early March; with ongoing projects across London and the South East thereafter
