Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact? My client is looking for a dedicated Production Operative to become an integral part of their operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive environment, with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Packing Equipment: Ensure bags are sealed correctly after filling.
Weight Management: Verify that the weights of the bags meet the required specifications.
Formulation Preparation: Accurately prepare various formulations for finished products by following batch card instructions.
Palletising Processes: Efficiently operate both automatic and manual palletizing processes.
Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Downtime Recording: Accurately record downtime information on the provided documentation.
Communication: Effectively communicate any issues with the process, equipment, or products to the Shift Supervisor.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
Rotating shifts on a weekly basis

£12.65 per hour
Temporary to permanent opportunity
