A SEN School in Maidstone are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

Full training will be provided by the school so whether this is your first role as a SEN Teaching Assistant or if you're experienced in the role, all applicants will be gladly received.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be supporting the class teacher, assisting the students both academically and socially in and out of the classroom, and building relationships with staff and students.

SEN Teaching Assistants who are flexible, team players, strong communicators, compassionate, and have high expectations will be most successful in this role.

Information on the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

Location- Maidstone, Kent

Pay- Actual £17,944 per annum (£24,404 FTE)

Hours- 9.15am-4pm Monday-Friday. 4.45pm finish every other Wednesday

Contract- Permanent, term time + 1 week inset

Start date- As soon as possible

Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.
