Teamforce are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team working on a National Grid sub-station project in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical installations, particularly in substation environments, and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations and maintenance at National Grid sub-stations, focusing on containment and installing SWA (Steel Wire Armoured) cables.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics to execute work accurately.
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain project quality.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical installations to ensure functionality and safety.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.Qualifications:
Valid EUSR Persons training certification.
Proven experience working in substation environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, containment, and SWA cable installation.
Gold ECS Card - NVQ Level 3Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations within electrical work.You will be working for one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering contractors.
