Ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic Lead Solar Electrician who wants to progress rapidly into a managerial position and is looking for a recognised and rapidly growing company to do it with. Training on the latest processes and standards is on offer to someone who has experience within the Solar and Battery sector. This would suit a technical expert looking to be the go to engineer within this business whilst remaining on the tools in the short term. From day one you will have the opportunity to utilise your skills and knowledge in a more leadership focused position where you will oversee the success of other electricians and installations.

Your role as a Lead Solar Electrician will include:

* Installing Solar, Battery & inverter systems
* Go to technical expert leading and managing electrical teams
* Domestic & Commercial installs

The successful Lead Solar Electrician will have:

* 2391, 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3
* Extensive industry knowledge including, BESS, PV, inverters & Iboost
* Domestic & Commercial experience is desirable
* Managerial experience is desirable but not essential
