Our Client are a well known fit out fit out and refurbishment contractor who deliver super high end residential projects. They are working on a £35million high end residential project in Central London. You will be working with a QS and SQS on the project from procurement through to final account.

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.

* Conduct cost analysis, budgets, and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

* Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on cost performance.

* Prepare tender documents, contracts, and agreements with clients and subcontractors.

* Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.

* Advise on procurement strategies and contract negotiations.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

* Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities throughout the project.

* Prepare final accounts and ensure all payments are processed accurately.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and cost management.

* Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
