Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a local multifaceted legal firm, established here in Sheffield. We are looking for a New Business Paralegal to join a busy Residential Conveyancing department.

The purpose of the role is to assist and support fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including dealing with client enquiries, providing updates, and taking instructions.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for proactively responding to any new business enquiries from potential and existing clients, accurately recording information, providing quotations, and promoting company services.

Other duties will involve facilitating the exchange of contracts and preparing financial statements, submissions as well as certificates for title for advance funds.

A minimum of six months’ experience in a business or sales administration role is essential, this would suit a candidate who has recently completed a business or administration apprenticeship.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate exemplary client care and communication skills as they will be expected to professionally liaise with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, mortgage lenders and other legal parties to transactions.
