The Company

Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a global services business with a HQ in Manchester. Due to continued growth, they require an experienced Payroll Professional to join them on the journey.

Salary - £40,000

Location – West Manchester

Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

Responsibilities will include:

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for external clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with external clients and ensure correct processing of payroll deductions (taxes, NI, pensions, etc.).
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer client inquiries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and external regulatory reporting obligations.
Present accurate, meaningful reports to management and clients on payroll activities.
Assist clients in optimising their employee benefits packages to attract and retain talent.

Person Specification:

Experience managing payroll for multiple clients.
Solid software & systems knowledge.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in payroll processing.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis to generate and interpret reports
