Position: Social Worker
Location: London
Salary: Rate is between £23-£25 per hour
Job Type: TEMPORARY / PERMANENT

Full Time hours available

To promote and maintain independence for vulnerable adults using a strengths based approach
To protect adults at risk by the use of procedures to safeguard adults from abuse.
To assess the needs of individuals and their carers in line with Care Act (2014) criteria
Together with the service users and carers, formulate and implement person-centred care and support plan
Monitor, review and evaluate services in order to ensure that they are provided in accordance with eligible needs.

You must:

Hold a valid DBS (Preferably registered with the online service checker)
Have a Social Work degree/CQSW/CSS/DipSW/OT/RGN/RNMH/RMN with a minimum of 2 years UK based experience
Be able to work full time hours across a mix of shift patterns such as mornings / afternoons / evening / nights / weekends.
Be able to provide references covering the last 5 years.
