Internal Sales Coordinator

Part Time – Monday to Friday 21 hours per week between 9am – 5pm (flexible)

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be representing a forward-thinking Financial Services company based in South Kent in their search for a customer service and lead generation professional to join them on a part time basis.

Supporting the growth of financial services products, key responsibilities include:

Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate leads for financial services in line with set targets

Collaborate closely with the Financial Advisor and Senior Partner to align lead generation efforts

Support and train team members in cross-selling financial services products

Coordinate sales campaigns, including appointment booking and performance tracking

Build and maintain positive relationships within the agency team to meet customer and business objectives

Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

To be considered for this position you must have:

Proven experience in customer service with a track record in a target-driven role

Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)

Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workloads under pressure

Experience working with Financial Services, or with knowledge of Financial Services products is essential for this position

Own transport and a full UK driving license
